The Game On! Diet Description
The Game On! Diet is not a diet. It's a bold new approach to fitness that turns the latest, smartest, most successful health science into a fun, fierce, and exhilarating game. Developed by Az Ferguson, to help Grey's Anatomy writer Krista Vernoff shed forty pounds of postpregnancy weight, it is the ideal program for busy people who should be working out but have a thousand good excuses not to.
Az keeps you motivated and Krista keeps you laughing as they show you how to organize opposing teams, set goals, and compete to earn points for daily exercise, healthy meal plans, and positive lifestyle changes. With The Game On! Diet, the process of losing weight, for the first time ever, is actually fun. After all, what's better than a bikini body . . . and bragging rights?
Get out there and lose . . . to win! Game on!

Haven't done the diet yet but my sister and niece are on their second round and loved the results. But immediately, I have a problem with the download of the book to my iPad Kindle program. The score sheets at the back of the book, which one must use to play the game, are useless. You cannot copy them nor send them to yourself in an email nor can I save to Pages or Evernote. In order to have score sheets, I'll have to type myself or ask my sister to send one to me and make copies, which is a pain-in-the-butt solution.

The book is interesting and fun to read. The actual diet game tho, I found a little too complicated and a little too restrictive. Loved the idea so a friend and I modified the rules a little and are playing our own version of East Coast vs. West Coast. For anyone who is really competitive and doesn't mind following rules and record keeping, I'd recommend this book. If nothing else it looks at the lighter side of trying to diet---if there is such a thing!
